I'm very impressed with how far I've come in just 2 years, exactly two years. Two years ago, I didn't know how to do digital work at all, in fact I don't think I had a tablet yet? I didn't know how to draw Sonic at all at ALL in fact this piece I'm referring to, the first "Chuu" was the first time I ever drew Sonic decently and I remember how hype I got lmao I was like 'aaAWWW YE" even tho it's more like I chibi-ish form...
The old piece bothers me for several reasons, one the positioning is so awks, like when I started to draw the new version, I was like dafug, how on earth am I gonna get around this awkward positioning??? it's still bad but I wanted to keep to the original as much as possible ayeee
but the thing that bothered me MOSTTTT was the one dot that's in between Sonic's eyes. I literally didn't realize it there until an entire year later and I was like ?????///?? how are people ok w this???/????
